Caitlin Doukas is a costume designer based in New York City. She was classically trained in theatrical costume design, including time at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London, and holds a BFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. She now specializes in film and television.
Caitlin has worked on an expanse of projects, from period dramas to contemporary comedies, and from television to the smallest of indie shorts to major motion pictures. Her work has premiered at TIFF and Sundance, and her work assisting on A Complete Unknown as well as West Side Story were both nominated for an Academy Award for Costume Design. She has a passion for collaboration and building worlds with authentic characters.
